Because you trust us with some of the most personal parts of your life, we want to be clear about how Everkind works, what our AI does and does not do, and how we keep you and your information safe. This page explains all three in plain language.

How Jules Works

Jules is the artificial-intelligence assistant inside Everkind. Its job is to help you understand, remember, and show up for the real people in your life. You tell Jules about your friends, family, and relationships, and Jules helps you keep track of what matters, plan thoughtful gestures, and stay connected.

The important thing to understand is that Jules is a companion for your relationships, not a companion you have a relationship with. The subject of every conversation is the people you care about, never Jules itself. Jules is a tool to strengthen human connection, not a replacement for it.

Jules is powered by artificial intelligence, including large language models provided by Google. When you interact with Jules, the information you have shared is used to generate personalized insights, suggestions, and reminders.

Jules Is AI

Jules is an artificial-intelligence system, not a human being, even though it communicates in a warm and natural way. Jules does not have feelings, consciousness, or a personal relationship with you, and it should never be understood as a friend, partner, therapist, or substitute for a real person. We make this clear inside the app, and we will always be honest that you are talking with software.

What Jules Is For, and What It Is Not

Everkind is a relationship assistant. Jules can help you reflect on your relationships, remember details, draft a message, or think of a kind gesture. It is designed to support your own judgment, not to replace it.

Jules is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial service, and what it says is not professional advice. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or care from a qualified professional, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. AI can be wrong or incomplete, so please use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

Safety and Crisis Support

Conversations about relationships can sometimes touch on hard moments, including grief, loneliness, breakups, or thoughts of self-harm. We take this seriously, and Everkind includes safety measures designed to respond with care.

Our safety approach includes the following commitments:

• Jules is designed to recognize expressions of serious distress, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts and to respond supportively rather than ignore them.
• When Jules detects a possible crisis, it is designed to encourage you to reach out for help and to surface trusted crisis resources, such as those listed below.
• Jules is designed not to produce content that encourages or instructs self-harm, suicide, or other harmful behavior.
• Jules does not diagnose conditions or present itself as a therapist or medical professional.

These measures work on a best-effort basis. They may not catch every situation, and they are not a substitute for professional help. Everkind is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know may be in danger or is thinking about self-harm, please reach out right away:

• Call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (United States), available 24/7.
• Text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line (United States and Canada).
• Call 911 (United States) or your local emergency number if there is an immediate risk to life.

Designed for Adults

Everkind is intended only for adults aged 18 and older, and our sign-up process is designed to prevent people under 18 from creating an account. Because Everkind handles sensitive information about your relationships and feelings, we believe an adults-only experience is the right default.

Your Data Stays Yours

The information you record about yourself and the people in your life is private to your account. We do not sell your Personal Data, and we do not share the relationships, notes, conversations, or insights you create with advertisers or other third parties for their own purposes. We use trusted service providers, including Google for AI processing and hosting, to operate Everkind on our behalf. You can delete your account, and the data in it, at any time from within the app.

How We Build Responsibly

We design Jules with guardrails that keep it focused on supporting your real relationships, honest about being AI, and careful around sensitive topics. We review and improve these safeguards over time, and we welcome your feedback so we can keep making Everkind safer and more trustworthy.
